Our Booking Policy

At Eterna Aesthetics, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. Please take a moment to review our booking policy:

  1. Appointment Booking:

    • To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required.

    • The booking fee will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment.

  2. Cancellations:

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  3. Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the $50 booking fee.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the $50 booking fee.

  5. Late Arrivals:

    • We strive to provide each client with their full allotted time. If you arrive late, your treatment may be forfeited to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Eterna Aesthetics will assist in rescheduling your appointment.

  6. Refunds:

    • The booking fee is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within 30 days.

  7. Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  8. Emergencies:

    • In the case of a genuine emergency, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Eterna Aesthetics
